FSA releases 14 Kurds that were abducted between Tal Tamr and Abu Racinne and who were in the hands of the FSA's 313 brigade. They were handed over to the Asayish in Ras Al-Ain. Most likely they were released after negotiations. Often civilians were kidnapped and taken as hostage by FSA-groups in conflict with the YPG/PYD in order to pressure them.
