FSA released Kurdish civilians. On Thursday morning they captured dozens of Kurds between Efrin-Aleppo-Azzaz. YPG captured 15 FSA fighters in response. They were released today. Welati claims there were clashes between the YPG and the Unification Brigade over control of some villages. Moreover, the YPG arrested people in the village of Raju on charges of planting cannabis plants. In this village there was a clash between the YPG and Al-Parti on 16 March 2013. The YPG is carrying out operations against cannabis plants.
